We recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks ahead during peak season (November-February) and 3-4 weeks ahead in low season. For luxury resorts and high-demand nannies, 3 months ahead is safer. Last-minute bookings (within 2 weeks) are possible but limit availability — we'll always do our best.
50% deposit to confirm the booking, 50% balance 7 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer (USD/EUR/THB), Wise, and credit cards (with a small processing fee). All transactions are formally invoiced — Wonder Place is a registered Thai company.

Zoom = you leave with a custom itinerary you'll book yourself. Full Planning = we book and confirm everything (flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants).
Full Trip Planning prepares the trip; Concierge runs it. With Concierge, a coordinator is on-call for you 24/7 throughout the stay, including in-trip changes, emergencies, and surprise requests.
30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% admin fee. 14-29 days: 50% refund. Less than 14 days: Non-refundable, but we can reschedule for any date within 12 months.
We always recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.
